Deviation Actions
So for the past couple years I haven't produced anything interesting. I moved around a lot and never really made the time to go mad with new props an cosplay stuff. I had a lot of big cosplay plans that all got set to the side. Now finally we are settled in a bit and I have a (much smaller) workshop set up again and there are so many big conventions within driving distance here that I feel the need to once again go nuts with production. Some of my new work will show up here and some will be featured on my website LaughingReaper.com. keep an eye out for BIG things and if you find yourself at London comic con in the near future (they have like 4 a year) feel free to reach out to me and say hi. I might just have a venders table.
Otakon 2012
So we're hitting Otakon this year. This will be the first convention since I enlisted where I don't have to work. I'm so excited!
If you're gonna hit Otakon let me know. I still don't know what we're doing for cosplay. Becky wants to do some new versions of our Hellsing cosplay but I am still debating something totally new. Been wanting to do an Action Bastard cosplay for years. Got any ideas?
Anime Boston Woohoo!!!
So I'm gonna be at Anime Boston next weekend so if you are going come find me in the artist alley. It should be pretty easy to find my table. If you're you're not going, GO BUY A TICKET!!! :p
Make it bigger!
So I'm starting a new chapter in my cosplay design using 3D modelling to design props and accessories before I start cutting and gluing. So far this has allowed me to make some amazing armor pieces and weapons but there's a problem I never expected. I'm running out of things to make :p. That's actually kind of depressing for a prop designer.
I'm modelling several different armor sets right now that should pop up over the summer but if anyone out there wants to throw out a suggestion that you think would be cool to see, or that people may want to buy, or even if you just want it let me know.
